We want your child to know that Jesus loves them through the people and activities God has provided in this ministry.

Our Mission

Children are gifts from God and He has designed parents to form their children to follow Jesus. To accomplish this we train, equip and encourage families in the Lord.

EARLY CHILDHOOD MINISTRIES PROVIDES:

  • Adults and youth, joyfully serving like Jesus
  • A safe, nurturing and fun environment for children and parents
  • Age Appropriate Biblical Curriculum (2’s, 3’s and Children’s Church)
  • Opportunity for parents to worship, attend Lifeshaping and minister to the body of believers

EARLY CHILDHOOD CLASSROOMS:

  • Infants and Crawlers: Ratio 1 to 2
    This room is for children birth to walking. A separate room is available for sleeping babies and for use by nursing moms.
    Swings and cribs are available and snacks (plain cheerios or crackers) are provided unless otherwise specified.
  • Toddlers: Ratio 1 to 4
    This room is for children walking well to 24 months. A variety of toys and activities are offered. Snacks are provided.

  • 2’s Room and 3’s Room: Ratio 1 to 7
    These rooms provide free play, structured Biblical Curriculum, related craft, snack time and large group games and activities.
  • Children’s Church 4 years old
    This room is for 4 year olds to use following the singing portion of worship. This room offers structured Biblical Curriculum, craft and snack time.

Nursing areas are available

  • The Infant Nursery and the Women’s Restroom near the Community Room offer privacy and comfortable furniture for nursing. Intercoms are in each to hear the worship service while tending to your child’s needs.

The Family Room (A place to comfort young children)

Directly across from the 2 and 3 year old classes is a place where you can quiet children, still be in the worship service, and not disrupt others.

SECURITY (For you and your child)

  • PAGER SYSTEM
    When you sign your child in and out of the nurseries, you will be given a numbered pager. If your child remains inconsolable for longer than 15 minutes or we need to contact you for any reason, your pager will vibrate. Please come immediately. A child is only released to the parent or guardian with their child’s numbered pager.
  • Child Protection Forms
    All adults are required to complete these forms which include background checks. (This applies to all ministries in the church where children and youth are involved.)
